it's clear this team cannot scout, draft or develop a QB - so trade whatever draft picks they like for a competent QB from another team - I would gladly give up 3 first rounders and 3 second rounders for a good young QB

 

This Jets team does not need a flashy overpaid superstar QB to be successful. They just need a QB whose football IQ is above the level of imbecile. Having a coaching staff that realizes the obvious when it comes to the pitiful QB situation wouldn't hurt either.

And yet somehow we have not been able to find any such QB in the last 12 years. 4 separate HCs and 4 separate GMs, and yet we continue to roll out the absolute worst QB play in the league.
