Then stop treating him like he's a 5 year pro. He's a kid that needs to master game management. Several years down the road? Lets see what the kid has learned.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: Saleh has a plan and he's sticking with it. It's the only way to achieve long term, sustainable success.
How can you not like Saleh?! He seems like such a normal and down to earth guy. And he has wisdom - at least way more wisdom you get from a typical football player or coach. And he's a real family guy: 7 kids! Good for him!
I believe that was one of his great attributes from his tenure as OC/Assistant. That he is a people person and that the players love him.
