Not sure if anyone mentioned but Saleh going for it on 4th down before the half and faking the punt on 4th down were huge.

That 4th down conversion before the half allowed the Jets to run down the clock but it also allowed them to cut into the Bills lead even more. I'm pretty sure if we fail to convert there, we don't win the game. It changed everything by scoring that TD.

Its nice to see someone understanding the meaning of the moment and realizing time management. I know the last two coaches would have certainly kicked the FG there. Allen probably would have went right down the field and it's 21-6 at the half instead it's 14-10.

Why didn't the refs let them play last week - at least both teams? The almost sack on Zach and the tackle just short of the left flag were far worse penalties than what JFM got called for.

It seems we're the only team in the league that doesn't get "home" calls.

refing is bad all around and inconstant. it's what happens when humans make judgement calls. every crew is different. last week was awful against us. this week felt fair and even both ways. as long as it's fair both ways I can't complain. did you see the commanders game? we'd be pissed. a ref basically tackled a defender (by accident) going for an INT and the WR got a TD because of it. should have been picked or at least knocked down. huge swing. ref apologized to the player during the game but still damage was done. it was bogers crew which is well known as the worst crew too

Well I disagree that this week it was fair and even. There were major penalties not called against the Bills, and frankly if you watch the replays you can see they were "head hunting" even if they didn't land most of them.

How would you feel if either of those two non-calls involving Zach had knocked him out of the game or seriously injured him? And all of this in what is supposed to be our home field.

Woody needs to have a "Come to Jesus" meeting with Goodell and have him direct the officials to knock off the vendetta against us.

I did see a ref pick up Garretts helmet and hand it back to him back after he lost it on that fumble.

He followed it up with a cute little ass slap... which I thought was a bit weird.

why would the Refs (or even the NFL) have a vendetta against the Jets?

The rumor is that Leon Hess double-dipped some guacamole at an owners meeting back in '85.

To be fair, it was a big chip...

IDK but it seems they do. Maybe for when the Jets first beat the Colts and exploded the "invincible" myth of the NFL.:D

I really don't know but we never seem to get the same treatment as other teams, even at home. Witness the "late" flag on JFM that totally reversed the Pats game. That wasn't a reflexive flag by a ref seeing a penalty, he actually thought about it and only after he saw it was an INT and likely being returned for a pick 6 did he throw it. I can't recall ever seeing that done against a Jets opponent.

Just to mention one thing. Nate Herbig is playing great. Joe Douglas knows his business. We are lucky to have him and Nate as well.

It's not so much a vendetta as it's just a complete lack of respect for a Jets team that has been mired in mediocrity for so long that they are simply not taken seriously.

Its easy to imagine they are jealous of the incredible success we've had over the last 10 or 15 years.
