Great win, so i don't care who gets the ball or how many times they get it. going into the season, i was sure Elijah would be our #1 WR. Guy didn't even get a catch again. He's literally either just a decoy or the 6th option. kind of understand his frustration. really odd he is this invisible (or unlucky). "Anyway, we delivered the bomb".
I don't think Zach looks for anyone other than Wilson on his first read. When is EM's rookie deal up? If his agent is earning his money, Moore gets outta here the day after his contract is up.
I hope they all make amends and get him back going vs Pats. No reason Jeff smith should get those out routes from Moore. Not even a reverse his name. I think they really are keeping him in the dog house. btw Mims is a player. Tough. His presence is huge with Davis out. curious how they all come together when healthy.
I would.. Just to keep defenses honest. I'm surprised they haven't started doubling GW yet.. I have a feeling they will at some point.
Nothing different that Josh Allen throwing to Diggs or Kylar to Hopkins or Deshaun to Hopkins or Stafford to Cooper
We did run Moore a lot out of the slot today. as many here have been predicting that seemed to fix his issues.
Allen has a bit more to his tool kit than Zach has presently. He throws to Diggs, he also featured several other Wr's today too. Zach isn't there quite yet.
I really don't get this. Wilson doesn't even look at him. Zero targets in how many weeks now? I don't get it.
I did find myself rooting for EM to get a ball thrown his way. Even on WR screen He is obviously still in the dog house
It was no coincidence that Josh Blossomed when Diggs arrived. Zach will get there. It is very hard to cover GW when Zach throws on time.
Yep... Zach has to learn to see more of the field. That comes with time. Until then, let Zach manage the game until he masters the game. Then we'll see a more rounded ZW.
Moore's alright, Soh_Vet, he's fishin'. Just caught a couple of stripers. We'll bring 'em home for dinner. We won't be long. Haven't seen anything yet.
I don't think he's in the doghouse. To me, MLF has trouble getting everyone involved... it's his MO. He's on a Garrett Wilson thing right now, so really, aside from a coupla targets to Mims, he underutilizes the whole WR room. MLF seems to be a decent Xs & Os guy, but spreading the ball around to utilize all the talent, to me, is a real weakness. I would de-activate Smith, but I suspect Boyer wants him on the field. Hopefully, the bye will give MLF a breath to reassess his player utilization. I think the Pats game, is a great opportunity for MLF to breakout Moore.
I'm happy for Mims. I know they used Moore on some motions, but that was it. I wonder what's going on. I feel like Moore should be getting at least 3 catches a game.
I'm hoping MLF goes with what is working for us right now.. That's ground and pound. If necessary, we can field a hydra headed RB corps of Carter, Robinson and Knight. 3 qtrs of that and defenses will melt like churned butter.
I think it's a combo of MLF not good at getting multiple receivers involved to him being in the dog house. I don't know the numbers, but his snaps seemed down again today.
