If the Denzel Mims bonus didn't give it away, I figured the I'll hang up and listen would do the trick. I was wrong.

Definitely. Who wouldn’t throw a conditional 5th at Rodgers?

There's like $40 million reasons why this wouldn't happen.

Makes jokes it’s ok. What have we accomplished in the last 50 years? Building through draft hasn’t worked, no drafted qb in recent history has worked out. Farve signing was working until he got hurt. I’ve been following the team for 15+ years, had season tickets for almost 10 years before I gave them up. I am just sick of doing the same thing over and over again. Its time to make a drastic move!

Good point about wanting Mahomes as well. After the Jets trade for Allen they should trade for Mahomes so they have a good back-up in case of injury.

And after they've gotten those two, ask Joe Montana to come out of retirement to be the veteran mentor in the room / 3rd string QB. Can't have enough quality players in the QB room.

Wait the season out and then offer the Turnpike, Parkway, and Hoboken waterfront to Lamar Jackson.

Raiders save $110 million by cutting Carr after this season. May not have to trade anything for a QB..

Trust me, I know what you mean. Not making a joke, Rodgers is my favorite QB, but they just couldn't afford his $40 million+ salary.

I'd like to go after Herbert. Maybe we can get him for two 1's and Moore. :p:D

At least I'd have a reason to stop watching and rooting for the Jets if they traded for Rodgers.

Why would the Packers ever want the peyote? We will give Rodgers the peyote when he gets here. Woody’s own lab grown.

No thanks. I don't want a 1- year rental on a washed-up prima dona at QB.

This thread is completely wrong. Elijah Moore and a 4th for Justin Herbert. Get it done Joe D!

I don’t see a legitimate QB becoming available in a trade anytime soon. I like Lamar but I don’t think he would work well in this system. Maybe Kyler Murray? Again I don’t see Arizona trading him away regardless of his in-house relationship with the team. The only QB who would’ve made a huge difference with this current roster would’ve been Deshaun Watson. But he requested a trade one year too early and also had 100 cases against him. So that wouldn’t have worked out either. Right now we just have to hope BYU works out or we’re going to be drafting another QB soon.

Yeah Ima take a break from here because the emotion is way too much right now. Fans want too much instant gratification and expect this kid to be on point right now when he’s still learning the game. Maybe it’s because I just saw all his throws yesterday and came away seeing the horrid but also some good. But being that Zach had such a mediocre start last season, he’s behind the 8 ball. He’s still learning. It’s gonna take time and it’s a process. We got a guy like Geno that it took years for him to get it. If we are patient, the Jets may reap the rewards for it. But the fans are not, and they’d rather go thru another process of throwing another QB thru the mud because he’s not on point from the get go. Or get a finished product because you “know what you’re getting.”
