Its nice to see how serious this front office/coaches are taking this game. They need the fans into it. They sense it - they sense the huge importance. The players too they really seem focused and that’s a good thing. It feels different …..
Sucks Davis is out, man, that fucking Broncos game was brutal. Okay, #8 & #11, it's time to shine....or maybe one of you will be gone on Tuesday.
Two things for this great Jet fan base comes Sunday 1- I hope all of you that are fortunate enough to go to the game get to your seats early and root like hell when the Jets get introduced and lift the noise level to a new high. Let them know we want NE blood on the field of play. 2- I also hope we steal a page out of BB playbook and completely take away their biggest strength on offense, be it the run or their ability to stay in the pocket. Force them to play out of their comfort zone. No mercy Sunday. Give them a taste of their own medicine.
Call me crazy, but I think Denver is one of the dirtiest bunch in the NFL and they go out their way to target people. Hope they rot in hell with another buster QB move
I have a bad feeling about the NE game which I hope is wrong. Black helmets, too many key injuries, a lot of confidence and hype, and hosting a bitter rival with a history of responding decisively after a loss...again... hope I am wrong but I have an uncomfortable gut feeling that the Jets are going to be beaten soundly this weekend.
Elijah Moore I get the feeling will be heavily involved very early. What I'm wondering is if Garrett Wilson is a bit frustrated with his lack of involvement. He started off pretty well, but hasn't been utilized as of late. The Jets don't need another frustrated young receiver.
I don't want to feel this way, but after a lifetime of comical levels of ineptitude and letdown, I can't help it. I will say that I'm ready and eager to receive and partake in joy whenever it happens though. I'm incredibly excited and encouraged by the trajectory of what Joe Douglas has built, and I've loved watching this team as this season has moved along.
I feel the opposite. The Jets could potentially blow out the Patriots if Zach Wilson and the offense can click. The Patriots O vs the Jets D is a huge mismatch. If both team's defenses play well, like in Denver, it could be another low scoring game. If you are right, and the Jets are beaten soundly, then all the good will Saleh created the last month will be instantly gone. That would be a shame. I think the Jets find a way to win.
You know the dog that cowers when you go to pet him because he's been beaten and abused so many times? That's Jets fans.
Come on fellas. Let's have some faith. This is ours by 10 points. Other than the 'any given Sunday' argument, there's no other outcome.
Hope you a dead wrong. In fact a lot of confidence is what we need. That means they are not in awe of playing them. They are equals.
I said previously that beating the Bills would say more about our team on a pure football aspect... minus the emotions. A win against the Pats will do a lot to exorcise the ghosts...
Agree, but rather than just exorcising the ghost, we should reincarnate the ghost as a Pats curse for ever.
We are losing to these bastards for past 7 years straight. Just like Buffalo killed their Pats ghosts 2 years ago and since than beating the shit out of them, we have to start our own trend. Miami and Buffalo are already over their Bellichick spell. Jets are the last team to do it. Let's bury these motherfuckers to Metlife ground and start a new trend. Forget the playoffs, forget everything. Just bury these Massholes for a change.
