Brook I agree with you 100%. The damn Giants seem to be getting all the hype instead which is so unfair. By the way, the Jet's playoff probability jumped to 73% Hopefully, the statistical geeks are right. This could be the year for sure!
Our offense was screwed when Becton got hurt. And when Fant got hurt. And when Duane Brown got hurt. And so on. No question, Breece is a playmaker and it sucks to lose him. On the other hand, the reason we're 5-2 is that we have a lot of talent on this team, and even when someone goes down or has a bad day, others keep stepping up. I wouldn't give up on the offense just because one guy goes down. Now, if AVT and Davis remain out, I might join your pessimism.

There is a huge segment of Jets fans that identify with losing, and always look for the dark cloud. We could win a Super Bowl and they would say we were outplayed, or lucky, or not deserving, or didn't throw it enough. Whatever. We've won 4 in a row and are 5-2 after wins at Pittsburgh, Green Bay, and Denver and a home divisional game against Miami. Are you fricken' serious? We have been closing out teams in the 4th quarter. Are you fricken' serious? We are converting that crucial 3rd down play. Are you fricken' serious? We are benefitting from the ill timed turnover/penalty/mistake by our opponent. Are you fricken' serious? The rookies and Coach Saleh have changed the culture without saying they were going to change the culture. They are playing for each other. I have been pretty dark the last 5 years or so because we have been so bad, but this team is really competitive and fun to watch. I don't expect a Super Bowl, but the fact that they are so young and talented gives me hope. I am really enjoying the ride and will always support this team. Go Jets!
