Studs: Zach Wilson. Great to have him back. The real Jets season has begun! Funny, my friend called in the 3rd Q and asked me how Zach was looking. I said pretty good. I guess if the first 3 quarters were pretty good to me, the 4th Quarter was OFF THE CHARTS AMAZING!! Alijah Vera-Tucker: Amazing what he is doing. Corey Davis: Some big catches. Breece Hall: Keeps getting better every week. The defense: They had to adjust to the QB switch and figured things out pretty well by the 4th Quarter. Mike Tomlin: For not starting Kenny at the beginning and making it an electric atmosphere for the Jets to enter. Duds: Mike Tomlin: For benching Mitch Trubisky.
Mike T gets double recognition I don’t think anyone has made Studs and Duds list in same game before?
Stud: Braden Mann. Took some grief for earlier performances but was very good in this game. Avg. 47 yds and hit some big ones when the Jets were backed up in their own territory including a 59 yarder and no shanks.
Cmon Mosley isn’t just a.JAG, he’s a stud LB. He has all the intangibles as you mentioned. He’s also always around the ball, averaging 10 tackles a game, has a couple TFL, a fumble recovery and a pass defensed in 4 games. This while opponents focus on him, as there is nothing else in the Jets interior that would even concern an opposing O.
he's not a stud. he used to be. kwon is way outlaying him. mosley makes tackles but never impact plays and the tackles are usually after a 5-6 yard run. he hasn't had an impact on the defense but he's not a liability. not good enough for a top 5 paid LBer
