I didn't see anybody on that list who jumped out at me... but I'd like to find a little more linebacker depth.

Training Camp should provide some clarity on which positions need some veteran additions. Right now, I would say OT, DT and LB would be priority areas for vet additions, but let's see how things go

LB Kwon Alexander is probably the best fit even though he isn't on the list.

Based on the idea the CS has faith in our young LBs, I see Kwon as the only LB JD would sign. Someone who knows the system and won’t need a long term contract.

Don't see anyone that would fit this team remaining.

We need a nose tackle pretty badly.

I'd like to get one. However, if they move JFM back inside, he and QW would make a good starting duo on the inside, and we just need some depth. We are strong and deep enough on the outside that it's best to move JFM to his natural position.

I'm sure they will have JFM on the inside during passing downs, but there are obvious running situations and goal line defenses where that is a liability. We are actually weaker on the inside right now than we were during that awful defensive effort last season.

You’re putting two 3T in on first and second down - one of which plays at 280? We’re going to get HB dived to death. This team needs a run stopping DT badly man.

I think Saleh and Whitecotton are going to have some fun in training camp moving players around and seeing who works best with whom.

JFM does his best work on the inside but as others have pointed out, JFM might be a little light against the run for the inside.

My guess is the Jets are going to stay fluid and take advantage of the talent they have.

    For example we could do:
    1st down: CL-Q-Shepard-JFL
    2nd & 3rd: CL-Q-JFM-JJ

And we have a B version coming off the bench:
Huff-Rankins-Marshall-Thomas with Martin kicking Thomas inside.

I bet the coaches are going to have some fun and get creative.

My guess is there will be a run stuffer added before the start of the season. I bet a lot of teams are looking for pass rushing from the interior, which could shake some options free. The Pro Scouts are already targeting players to add after cut downs.
