Because most don’t know fuck all about many of the players, and just wanted someone else so they spew Venom. It happens on every board for every team.
Plenty of players have become All-Pros from schools in even smaller conferences than Cincinnati so I just don’t buy that argument. If you have the speed, skill, and size it doesn’t matter where you come from. The one thing that worries me a little is he seemed to be a little handsy, but I don’t see a reason to not trust Salah with a DB pick…I would assume had a lot to say in the pick
Yeah most likely. Just weird to see some people hate a pick that wasn’t considered a reach and in a position of need. He wasn’t my top choice but I was cool with it
Eh while conference generally matters, Nick Saban made sure the Heisman winner with two top 100 drafted receivers didn’t throw at him when they played in the CFB playoff. That says a lot.
The difference is with the position. In the secondary, aside from the rare double-team, it is mostly one on one situation: The defender against the receiver. In almost every other position, you are can potentially get help,
I thought the same thing for a while. I have a friend that think he’s God’s gift. I wasn’t that impressed when I watched.
Two good picks IMO. I reserve an A for something really special, but this is easily a B. Could end up being an A if these guys pan out.
If they take Johnson this is the best draft ever!! Sauce, Wilson and Johnson would be a fucking amazing draft!!
I've never felt more confident in our front office. I'm going to go prepare myself for the worst letdown of myJets life. Fuck this ones gonna hurt
