Yeah you usually end up paying alimony if you go that route though.

 

Every year I need to hire a crew to clear the hillside behind my house.

There are many rules as to how trees are trimmed and how high the natural foliage can be.

The local Fire Dept. inspects the property before & after... and are quick to mete out hefty fines if you violate their timetable
in getting the work done.

It's a real pain in the ass... but not as much as mowing a sizable lawn every two weeks...

 

You’ll need a mower for the first cut of the season. The robt can’t do that first thick cut, after that it’s probably cutting 2 times a week

I just find it amusing that the majority of our society will do anything to avoid physical work, then will say "I gotta go to the gym"

 

Somebody needs to come up with a robotic edger. I don't mind the mowing. The edging is killer.
