Aha. We play Packers on the road in 2022 so Jets are in play for a London game but I hope it doesn't happen as this is the year I will travel to Green Bay to watch a game over there.
Shocked they're taking away a Packers home game. They're the one team that has yet to play an international game. I did check their 2022 opponents and they have 9 home games -- They'll still play 8 and home which is the norm.
That seems to be the case for all of the teams other than the Jaguars (which of course is happy to play as few games in Jacksonville as possible), which is obviously a sensible thing to do.
Jets only have 8 home games so hopefully they're on the road in London, it would make the most sense.
I could see the Jets being the London game. The Packers aren't going to want to use a "home game" in London against their divisional rivals. The Jets are an interconference matchup so its not as important as a divisional or conference game.
Agreed. They have two home games against AFC opponents, that's The Jets and The Patriots. I'd say one of those two games would be the betting money favourite for London. 50% chance then. That being said as The Packers are the last of the 32 teams to come to London, tickets for that game will be in very high demand.
So the Jets are playing all home games in The New Dump in NJ. Away Game/Home Game Foreign Game still pain.
