Forgiven by who? Buffalo stuck by him from the first week after he missed the kick when they chanted his name at the post-SB rally, Norwood didn't get Bucknered or Bartmaned out of ever coming back to the city.
No, but I heard a woman screaming NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was really nice to watch, especially how PO'd Bill looked with his nanosecond handshake and stalking off the field. Bills & Bengals are the teams I want to see do well this time around (anyone but the Chiefs, Steelers, Packers or Bucs basically) and so was glad to see both go through.
I know - everyone myself included pretty much was saying "all Allen can do is run" and the view was he would end up getting injured before long and that would be the end of him
As a former NY'er and Titan/Jet fan in NH I enjoyed the beat down. Tried to call my New England relatives but the phones were off the hook. Go back in time 1963 the Pats beat the Bills in a playoff at War Memorial Stadium 28-6. The Championship game Chargers 51-10 over the Pats. Keith Lincoln a performance that more than equals Allan's performance. 206 yds on 13 carries and 123 yds on 7 receptions 16.4 yds per possession. Game MVP. Pay out for the players: $2500 for the winners and $1700 for the losers.
Pats fans sure having a hard time dealing with mortality. Almost like they thought they have been entitled over the last 20 years.
The Packers have won 1 SB in the last 25 years, and have had crazy bad luck this year with injury, and are deserving of winning it all. I'm guessing you just don't want them to win because you hate Rodgers?
I remember asking the question what is wrong with Allen and why don't people rate him, I was told he was inaccurate and running RB's don't last in the league, though he did possess a strong arm, quite possibly it was either @Jonathan_Vilma or @legler82 but it was so long ago I can't really remember. I only watch highlights at this time of year really, I never really took it any further with Allen as I couldn't be bothered getting shouted at lol, I mentioned Davis Mills this season pre-draft but again highlight reels are called that for a reason lol I also liked Trey Lance's tape as well. Didn't like BradyLite(either of them) or Wilson's pro day (on record) was unsure about Justin Fields as well, Trevor Lawrence was meant to be generational so didn't really look at him all that much as he was going elsewhere. It really is a hard call to make for a GM at the end of the day, 99% of this board didn't want Allen, after year 2 there would have been still a huge percentage saying the same thing, obviously, that gets less now. One day we will get it right
I was on the Lance train, but his inexperience made it a risk to take him at 2. I wanted to trade down a bit and get him. Maybe SF would've taken Wilson if he was available for them.
Same here, 16-25 would have been okay, if we had taken all the picks the 49ers were throwing away we would have been laughing but then again the way the QB's were going off the board he still might not have landed that low.
I’m not sure if I said it or not. But running quarterbacks need to reinvent themselves as their careers go on or else they’ll end up like Cam Newton. Russell Wilson is a good example of this. Quarterbacks can run but they can’t continually absorb hits into their late 20s while running the ball or their bodies are going to break down. Wilson made sure he was a master of the slide.
