The forecast says that it will be sunny, partly cloudy with a 10% chance of precipitation and a temperature around 45 degrees, 10 mph winds. I think this really favors New England. We beat them on a dirty soggy field by the skin of our teeth in the rain. We had an advantage because their running game was slipping and Brady had a bit of an off day (while caused by constant pressure, he still didn't have his best day). However, on a very nice day in New York, they really dominated us in the fist half and were too far away for us to come all the way back. Both running games and both throwing games will not be adversely affected, so the Pats have the advantage because their game in both categories is statistically better. Wind is also not a factor.
I think we are a much better team than we were in week 2 and I don't see NE being able to jump out to such a big lead. I think the game will be played close regardless of the whether. We should be happy that it is not windy b/c that will hurt chad a lot more than brady.
wont matter its neutral weather we have to beat them as a team and not using the weather as an advantage
The way I see it, the #1 priority for the Jets is to stop the run. If Maroney and Dillon get on track, Brady will pick us apart. He may do it anyway, but we can't make it easy by having to bring the safties up consistently in run support...
No rain or no wind I think is good for Chad. I was terrified about the Miami game because of the weather. I think good weather is good news for us. We had success in the slop last time but I'm not confident this time.
Brady is Brady regardless of weather. Chad on the otherhand needs his sunny day with no wind. Weather helps jets.
Field conditions are just excuses, IMHO. Good teams win regardless and adapt to the conditions. I know, I know....A.J. Duhe and the 1982 game down in Miami.
