    You make some good points. I'm very encouraged about how the Jets have improved in the last few games. To me, this points to a good coaching staff and general management. It seems the plan is working and the staff is coaching up the players that they have. It's all about a good environment and continuous improvement.

    not true. The giants led the league with 24. The jets only had 18. However, the jets have 36% of their salary cap

    You are confused and looking at the wrong column. You are quoting the number of current players on IR when we are talking about total number of players on IR for the entire season. The Jets lead the league with most players places on IR this year with 62. The next closest is Cleveland with 61. The Ravens have 52 and the Giants have 49.
