Absolute bullshit move by Colon. What a bad two days for him. Sucks because I liked him and Douzable a lot. Bart Scott has been shit for years.
If that's the case, then he's even dumber than I thought to still be attacking Zach after he (Bart) was proven to be so wrong about Sam.
It was noticeable how differently the locker room reacted to Mike White’s bengals victory don’t wanna be accused of slander or libel tho. Lawyer up folks!
It’s not like reports like that are cut and dry and massive ESPN headlines. Aside from his legal trouble there were behind the scene murmurs about Roethlisberger being a douchebag of a teammate and a weird introvert in the locker room. That didn’t officially come out until year 14. I’m not even saying any of it is true. What I’m saying is that it’s interesting that it’s come out from a couple different unconnected sources.
maybe Wilson just needs to be humbled a little. He’s a rich kid that had it all at BYU, he’s probably a little entitled. Wouldn’t be the first time a fancy rookie is disliked by his veteran teammates
I guess my question is who has questioned his attitude period? Is it the whole “he wasn’t named captain” thing? Outside of people giving a shit about his political preferences I havent heard about it at all.
Bart Scott is a piece of shit who is nowhere even close to how good he thinks he was. Who gives a shit what he has to say?
I don't agree that Saleh should have said anything other than what he actually said because I believe he was being honest and looking to the future and saw this as a learning experience. What is the purpose of him saying something he doesn't believe in? Just to soothe the feelings of a player or some fans? Nobody owes anyone an apology for voicing their own opinion, especially a commentator whose job it is to do just that.
You just did - libel and slander are issues for the courts to decide. You can have the opinion that Bart Scott is a piece of shit as easily as Scott can have the opinion that Wilson acted selfishly. I am sure you do not. Opinion is not subject to such torts.
I was responding to someone who was talking about the court of law or at the very least trying to make some convoluted point about the constitution. Slander doesn’t require the court of law. What Bart Scott and his merry band of idiots did was slander.
You should really read just a little bit about defamation of character and how slander and libel are defined before making any more foolish statements. Such claims are decided in a court of law - they are legal matters. If you haven't committed libel by writing that Scott is a piece of shit, he hasn't committed slander by saying that Wilson has character flaws.
