The beauty of it is that Jamal is signed for at least 3 more years there. He's going to get used to losing. If I was an NFL GM I would put ego really high on the list of sins to assess on draft day. A player with a really high opinion of themselves is never going to fully fit into a team concept. That's not saying I would be down on confident players. I would just be very wary of those players who put themselves on a pedestal. You don't want guys who stick out in that way. You want guys whose teammates put them on a pedestal and without too much effort.
Jamal has a losing attitude, that's why he's a loser in the NFL. He was a prime example of loses getting to his head, and the same with wins. He'd lose he would be a baby about it. He win be thought he was the best. This isn't what you want in a player or person in any industry.
