The Jets need to make a decision on Perine in the off-season and now is the perfect time to figure out what to do. Otherwise, it makes no sense to keep him on the roster to just keep deactivating him.

I like Johnson a lot as a 3rd down scatback because he’s very quick in the open field. I don’t know if he can pass block though.

For you long-timers, take a moment and try to think of every Jet who was ever the best player on the team.

    Bet you forgot this guy:

My memory of that game was Brad Smoith running a kickoff back for a TD and it was on a Thanksgiving night.

Johnny Johnson was a STUD for us in 1993. 1500 yards from scrimmage on that 8-8 team.

The Cards traded him to us to move up and grab Garrison Hearst from Georgia. Looking back on that 1993 draft there were some very good backs drafted

    #3 Garrison Hearst
    #10 Jerome Bettis
#21 Dr. Robert Smith (who retired in his prime)
#41 Natron Means (Business) Nice Bruiser for a few years
    #78 Terry Kirby
    #120 Adrian Murrell

I should've been more clear. It was during the '09 season but technically in 2010.
