from the article that's pretty insane. moore may be our best WR already. I read somewhere I think PFF he is top 5 in the NFL in yards per separation per route.
I'll be surprised if he isn't getting starter reps over Cole by the end of the season. Assuming he doesn't have to catch passes from 5 more QBs anyway.
Moore was a day 1 starter and has the 2nd most snaps on the team at WR (behind davis) funny enough his snap % the past 2 weeks is lower then it was early on
I think he spent more time outside earlier and there was talk about playing him out of the slot more, where he played the majority of time at Ole Miss. I wonder if there's been any shift in how he's being utilized and if that's made a difference. If not, then either he's just finding his groove or the change in QB has helped. It's going to be so interesting to see what this offense looks like over the next 9 games.
I think he's coming on for two reasons: 1) He's getting more familiar with his role and being utilized on the outside. 2) Lafleur has placed a slightly heavier role our of the slot. Playing in the slot is a confidence builder for him.
No. Zach and he had great chemistry in TC. He's more comfortable in the slot, and is playing in the slot more now, whereas earlier, he was playing outside more.
A case could be made, let's keep it real. The inconsistencies by the OL, QB, WRs and OC during our first block of games was evident and you didn't need All 22 Film to see that. Seldom did they all show up together for a prolonged stretch of game time. I welcome Mike White to Moore. Zach was struggling and those are the facts.
Goes to show you how starved this fanbase is when they start doing backflips over a player putting together a couple of decent games back to back.
