The NFL is terrified of creating martyrs. They have no problem doing it with a sub-1,000 yard receiver hidden in the smallest NFL market in the league though.
I've always liked him, but if he were QB of the Jets and pulled this shit, I'd want his hide on a pike outside of the Jets' HQ. Can't believe the fucking dumbass didn't get vaccinated. The Packers have an excellent chance of going to the SB and he's dicking around and not being smart.
what exactly is there to "like" about AR? the whole belt thing is lame... his commercials are lame and he seems to be kind of a dick...
certainly a mostly fantastic QB. for me like has to do with personality ( as much as we can perceive from such a distance)
Pat McAfee needs a cigarette and a shower after he has Rodgers on his show every week. Just kisses his ass so much its difficult to listen to
Rodgers is so full of shit. He attacks people for daring to blame him for his blatant attempts to mislead people, and suddenly claims this allergy, conveniently ignoring that he knew he was violating all of the protocols, and simply didn't think that the rules should apply to him. Then he doubles down by having the gall to equate this with Martin Luther King's statements about the moral imperative to not tolerate segregation, as if having to wear a mask is somehow comparable to that. He is such a narcissistic clown.
For the record, I am vaccinated and just received the booster recently. I believe for me being up there in age, vaccination makes a lot of sense. I should also admit I can't stand Aaron Rogers and he is a total primadonna. But I do have a problem with the NFL and any organization that states you don't have to wear a mask if you are vaccinated, but do if you are not vaccinated. COVID can be spread by both vaccinated and nonvaccinated folks. This is a scientific fact! Being vaccinated does not guarantee you can't get COVID. When you are told for example a vaccine is 90% effective, it means per exposure occurrence. Your risk increases the more exposure occurrences you have. If you are going to require masking and testing, it should be for both vaccinated and nonvaccinated folks. Anyone who suggests you should not wear a mask or be tested if you are vaccinated is lying to you. So yes AR is right when he claims the NFL policy is shaming and scientifically wrong. This really pains me because I can't stand AR. However, he is wrong by not wearing a mask. Both the Yankee and Red Sox COVID outbreaks could have been avoided if vaccinated players were tested also. In the meantime, I am wearing a mask anytime I am out in public and I recommend the same for all of you whether you are vaccinated or not.
I'm also vaccinated and wear a mask in public indoor places. But it's pretty clear that while vaccinated people can spread Covid, unvaccinated people are much better at spreading it.
