I am admittedly a lifelong darksider. My question is, how can anybody watching this team for more than a few years ever be optimistic about anything? It's always the same crap over and over.

He has still made a few nice throws dropping a nice one into man coverage to Crowder, Griffin in a tight window, and Davis into tight coverage multiple times. Not all of that was prevent. It’s a small sample size but you can’t take that way from him.
Put Trevor on the Patriots and Mac on the Jaguars and I'm pretty sure their statlines would be flipped.
We play the Dolphins twice of course, plus the Texans and Jags this year. If we get blown out by all of them, we can probably put to bed any discussion as to whether or not this year is the struggle of a new coach or simply incompetence.
People were talking Sherwood up like he can pick up the slack for Mosley. He has been atrocious. 0 awareness, missed tackles, hesitant shooting gaps. This linebacking corps outside of Mosley is scary bad.
