    PSA-

Sam Darnold threw 2 INTS when his team needed him to step up on the road.... the 2 INTS led to the large lead... and the he got some late garbage time TDs after.

    I love being wrong!

I rode my bike to our local sports bar here in Ocean View, DE, and bellied up to the bar and watched our green and white have a competitive and actually exciting game.

The Williams brothers were great! The D pretty much as a whole were stout!

I was cursing out Corey Davis early on.....but, he made up for it later on when it counted.

Still questionable play calling, but, fuck it, we won!

    Cheers!

I disagree that Tennessee is a mediocre team. They were without their to two receivers. Otherwise, they are a legit contender in the AFC

Without their two top receivers the Tennessee Titans are what?

The Titans had 9 lives in this game and still lost.

They still have Henry who is by far their best player.

Happy to get the win. I did get to see the OT after the Eagles game went off. Hopefully this gets the monkey off of our backs.

The 3rd down call on the 1 yard line was atrocious. We were screaming, run the sneak. Thank God we won.

Consider that the Jets had 10 injured starters in this game.

That being said Jet Haters should not get too depressed by our win today nor should us Jet fans get to excited. There were a lot of great plays along with a lot of mistakes. But on days like today you can see the potential of this team once it gets experience and a little healthier. But, again this is a young team and there likely will be a lot more bad days ahead this year. I would not use today to raise my expectations but rather to remind us there is hope around the corner and maybe by the end of the year we will have a much better team. In other words those that hate the Jets and our young QB you will have more opportunities to gloat in the short term.

Zach Wilson had a few awesome throws today. Of course he had a few really bad ones also.

He really has to start hitting those easy throws. Almost cost him today (3rd down to Davis and then the pass to the TE in OT. I had the volume of didn't hear who it was.)

They lost their starting Center early in the game today, that played in our favor as well.

As a long suffering fan, you gotta celebrate a W any way you get it!
Zach showed flashes of why he was picked #2. Great to finally see it in action. Hopefully the kid can keep improving.
LaFleur seemed to come out of his slumber and called a decent game from the half on (other than that play with 2:30 to in the 4th).
The defense was relentless all day. Definitely helped pump up the crowd.

    THIS
    and this
the missed 3rd to Davis was an OUCH... but the one to the TE? a DECENT TE still makes that play... we also need other guys to step up...

he didnt throw consec INTs when were were down and trying to get back in the game like Sam did today....

It is nice to make the WOW plays but consistently making the routine plays is much more important. Hopefully those will come with time and confidence.

Not to mention, bench the rookie QB.
