It was far from a perfect game by the Jets today. The jets made a lot of mistakes and blew a number of chances to end the game. But what I love about this team is how hard they play. Down 9-0 and looking hopeless they never gave up. They got knocked down a lot but they kept getting back up and making plays. A Gase team would have given up in Quarter 2 and this would have been a blow out. The Jets have a lot to clean up but they have pieces there that once they get healthy and experience they can grow into a pretty good team. The Jets really need to heal over the bye week after game 5. A win next week would be a great way to go into the bye.

This is the game I've been waiting for since the season started. This looked like the team from preseason. I know we'll probably get killed the next 3 games but right now we have progress. That's all I've been asking for.

The Jets proved today that they can beat a mediocre team when it is not playing well. That's a *huge* accomplishment. That gives them the chance to actually win a few games this year that they shouldn't and avoid fan anarchy in the process.

I had the busiest Sunday at work that I've had in months. Slowing down now but I find it ironic that when the Jets were actually playing ok I was only able to tune in briefly now and then during the game, whereas when they were sucking I had nothing going on at work at all.
I too was only able to catch the game in-between my busy day. I thought to myself.... "It really Is my fault that the Jets suck. Look what they do when I'm not able to watch." Still not sure If factual. TBD. lmao
