Hear me out. I know Barlow and Blaylock have sucked all year long, glad Houston and Leon are getting the carries, but looking at Kevan Barlow's game log this season, and he had his best game of the season against New England in the 2nd of the two games @ Foxboro. Barlow had 75 yards on 17 touches with one TD. A 4.4 per/carry. I know it could have been because of bad field conditions, but I wouldn't deactivate him for this particular game.

    Just my opinion...

I wouldn't start him, but I would definitely activate him for the game. Your right, he did have his best game against NE, @ Gillete Stadium. I'd have him be the Goal Line RB, or when we need to pound the ball up the gut.

It was because the Pats were without their best run-stopping lineman this year, Ty Warren. He's back. It doesn't matter if it's Barlow or Houston running, neither will have a game like Barlow had in the first meeting @ NE.

I wouldnt deactivate him for this game.......although Houston runs hard, if we need that 1 or 2 yards on the goal line, i'd give it to Barlow

    I'd have Houston, Washington

    AND Barlow active.

No, I'd rather run a qb sneak on first down than give the ball to barlow, as it will gain more yds.

Houston didn't look like anything special yesterday. I still can't understand why people are riding his jock after he's done nothing Barlow hasn't done this year.

It doesn't matter who plays, Barlow or Houston this week. Leon is the only RB who should be running the ball, and even that should be held to a minimum. Chad is going to have to win this game with Coles, Cotch, JMac, and Smith.

Askew fought for a few yards this week. Maybe he could be an option for short yard gains right now.

I think it's really going to matter who has the best practice week over the next 5 days. Moreso than the rest of the year. Mangini knows that D. He is going to use the players that best matchup against those guys.

Barlow, Houston, Washington, even Blaylock - all hands on deck.

...remember, the turf was replaced since Nov. 12......the track will be fast....not sure if that's Barlow's best scenario....

Oh yeah I forgot about that. Hopefully Mangini prepares the team for the FIELD conditions as well.

Is the turf the same kind as if you are playing in a dome? (Like the Colts)
