We are 0-2 and will visit Broncos next week. Our own @jaywayne12 has a nice video reviewing this week and taking a look at next week
Broncos 28 Jets 10 The new (still feels like the Gase) era rolls on. So glad 2 games in and we all know the season is over. This f*cking team
I like late afternoon games. Get to enjoy the full window of 1pm games BEFORE the inevitable Jets-induced bad mood.
Broncos didn’t look great against the Jags. 0 turnovers and a lot of ground n’ pound would make this a close one.
Another week, another tough defense for Zach. Would’ve been nice to get a cupcake defense somewhere early for him. We just better hope h learns something from these tough Ds and doesn’t go into a shell as a result.
This season feels nothing like Gase. Rather the opposite. This team plays hard with passion all game long. When did we ever see that from a Gase team. This team has hope and a reason to watch and root for the Jets. Things we never saw under Gase. Coaches actually adjust to the other team and we show improvement. Again something never seen under Gase.
I expect a very conservative Jet offense with quick short passes with easy reads. Few throws 20 yards down the field. Maybe a few deep shots but I see Zach being limited in what he is allowed to do. It likely means a lot of 3 and outs and the emphasis will be placed on our defense to stop and hold Denver with the hope that we can win a low scoring game.
Agree. Lost in the terrible qb outing yesterday, was improved o line play, a pass rush, improved run game. In one week.
Yeah, this feels nothing like Gase. Gase gets blown out 35-0 in week one. They curl up in a little ball and just take that ass kicking. Honestly, the score is probably a lot worse yesterday as well.
This game is all about how Zach responds to the 4 INT performance yesterday. Does he continue to force things or is he willing to take what the defense gives him? I don't expect to win this, but improved QB play and continued progression of the OL would be encouraging.
It’s gonna be another rough one. We never beat that team, especially at Denver. The loss is for sure. What’s in doubt is if we play a tight one or if we get blown out. I have zero confidence in a win. that being said, I want to see some improvement in the game plan and play calling…gotta give Zach some quick easy completions and rely on the ground game. Where are the quick slants? The outs? The dump offs to RBs? I don’t want to run a dink and dunk offense forever, but for now, we gotta bring our young QB around slowly u til he gets more of a feel for NFL defenses.
I am not even feeling great about that one, Games in London are sometimes unpredictable about how the team will handle the travel.
