Zach has to learn it's OK to check down rather than try to force the ball. Take what the defense gives you. I am no way down on him, learn from his mistakes.
Play calling.....we are not a short yardage run team. Laflour has to start giving Zach some quick slants on third & short. Third & goal we have to be more imaginative than run up the A gap. Laflour has to be more creative on short distance plays....maybe RPO with third & goal from th 2.

I mostly agree, but with the day ZAch was having, they absolutely didn't want to risk himmaking a catastrophic mistake in that situation. I take it as a very small, but positive sing that Zach followed directions down there at that point and didn't try to be a hero attempting to make up for his earlier mistakes. Baby steps.

He was absolutely awful. 3/4 INT's are on him and him alone. It's like he was color blind. The Pats coaching was light-years better than us and our inexperience was on display.

At this point , might have to use the red light green light approach with wilson, he looked like a HS. Kid today, he was disgraceful

Imagine if Darnold had a worse 1st game against the pats? All the people who were mad when we traded him would really be eating crow!!!

He should be holding a clipboard and learning the game. These Jets never learn

What's the ceiling for Zach...how many INTs do we think he can throw in a game?

Would have been nice to have a veteran QB to come in in the 2nd and perhaps, pull this winnable game out...

That'd win the game but maybe create a host of other problems.

I'm sure Vinny can still throw a post route on a frozen rope.

If he doesn't get hurt he's definitely a candidate for the rookie Int record. So is Trevor Lawrence.

Zach does not look like an all pro in his second game? What is wrong with this kid?

So after two weeks with the youngest team in the NFL:

    1. Saleh sucks because he doesnt play Mims.
    2. Lafleur is a horrible play caller.
    3. Wilson sucks and we should have kept Darnold.
    4. Douglas doesn't know how to draft.
    5. Douglas is at fault for injuries.

What else did I miss? Lmao

This forum is such a fuckin joke
