Just got off the phone with rep. Seems you can only get points if you go to games and buy swag. Those you have more tickets get more points even if they have less years than those who have more years and less tickets. So basically I have 30 years with 3 tickets I got 25550 points but someone who has 20 years with 6 tickets would get more or the same as me. So it pretty states that the more tickets you have the more points. I was trying to figure out how someone can have 60000 points out the door seems they have a lot of tickets on account. All tickets are lump together now. So those with less tickets and less years will get very little to nothing Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I really didn’t think they could manage to ruin this program. I have 6 tickets for my family and have been a season ticket holder for 5 years and I received 34,750 points. I don’t think its right that you received less. This program used to be fun with the codes, made it more exclusive and you had to be more of a fan to get better items. I agree we have 12,500 points 3 seats bout 5 years. At training camp right now such a shame. No moré bonus points for scanning the ticket before the game. No more points in game.
