My lungs aren't 100% yet but I can breathe with no pain thank God. I still can't sleep thru the night as I have some body ache etc but I am not working so it isn't a problem.
Good news. Glad to hear it. I hope you continue on this path. Keep moving, as much as you can tolerate it. I'm "between jobs" right now, too. So you have company.
Glad you are doing better Brook. I seem to know a lot more people that are getting Covid this go round. My son in law just tested positive so my pregnant daughter had to go stay with a friend. I was working at their house with him last Sunday and he tested positive Tuesday but I'm vaccinated so I am ok. The kitchen I worked in last year 3 of the 7 people there got it and that was when we were closed this summer, just opened up last Friday, so they didn't get it from each other. One of the girls has her mother in the hospital, grandmother at hospice, fiance, son and her all have it.
We're fighting over the mask mandates and other measures we were taking to contain the spread in the previous two waves. Lots more people will get sick this time around.
yeah, this variant is starting to mess up young people and kids more than the previous covid strain. right when they are about to open up schools too. Its gonna get ugly oh and glad you are okay, brook

Out of curiosity, did you have to pay anything to be in hospital, or is anything COVID-related free over there?
Lol. Never thought of it this way Hi my friend. They didn't charge me anything while admitting. I will see what Insurance pays and deal with the bill afterwards.

I recieved a notice today that my insurance company is changing it's policy on Covid fees including hospilitization from free to fully charging the patient beginning September 30th which they call the end if the pandemic emergency. Looking at the language they used I am guessing they are doing this due to the ending of one of the pandemic stimulus'. Likely, this means your hospital stay is likely fully covered. Although, I have read of insurance companies billing people millions for their stay by mistake. Either way I am just glad you are better and were able to walk out of the hospital.
I hope you feel 100% better. Look on youtube for some videos and do some breathing exercise daily. Even if you feel like you're pass the worst of it. It's been over a year for me and my breathing still isn't back to normal.
