    These were my High School days down here in Florida and man oh man did Santana Moss have the entire state of Florida ON FIRE!



    Probably the greatest college walk-on in Football history (even broke Michael Irvin's All-Time Miami Hurricanes receiving yards record with 2,546 Receiving yards).

    Yes man probably the greatest college walk on of All Time in terms of NCAA statistics.

    "Moss attended the University of Miami, and joined the Miami Hurricanes football team in 1997 as a walk-on, before being awarded a scholarship after the season's third game.     Went to the U on a Track scholarship. This was when Miami was in trouble and was trying to get as many players as possible. They thought they found a loop hole by giving out Track scholarships.

    you beat me to it, @neid92 Butch Davis's and Pete Garcia's clever way to get around the NCAA scholarship restrictions to stockload those Canes teams with talent. You know your Canes football history, dude. well-done. :)
