I haven’t watched any film on Davis yet Is his ceiling higher than Mims (by draft pedigree it is, but 2017 was 4 years ago)? How good do you think Davis could be in this new Jets offense?
Davis is interesting. I think he is similar to mims. he's been very productive on limited opportunities. he was in a run 1st offense as the WR2. he put up 984 yards and 65 catches on only 92 targets. just 16 yards shy of 1k but every WR with 1k yards had at least 106 targets. He's a good blocker too and just all around solid guy. He can be a force in our offense but don't expect a huge season.
Mims next td catch will be his first, Mims went silent late in the season, Juedy caught 52 balls, Mims 22. Both of their QBs sucked. No way did Mims have a better season than Juedy
