Jamien Sherwood is from my hometown-- One of my good friends has worked in the highschool football world here for 20 years and said this was the BEST player he ever covered in our territory. Amazing character and incredibly smart. This includes other stars who have played here in south florida! Exciting

From my friend: Sherwood was a field general in highschool, being able to call out adjustments for the defense to make. The kid has a great mind for football, there's no doubt about that. He has special instincts. He's not the most athletic guy in the world, but this could be a very Jim Leonhard type of guy.

Yeah, that's something both Saleh and Quinn wanted to do with Keanu Neal at WLB so I'll assume this guy is the fallback plan for what they wanted to do with Neal. That's the type of player Derrick Brooks was at WLB, lean like a safety, could cover, could tackle and could cover open space quickly.
