First one definitely makes me think Jamarcus Russell - I remember him throwing a football like 50 yards from his knees or something at his Pro Day. Third one also sounds like him if this is all the same guy

The issue with Russell was he had a shitty worth ethic. The Raiders sent him a DVD and later asked if he liked what he saw on it. He said yes, but the DVD was blank.
