WTF is going on??? Ex-NFL pro Phillip Adams, 32, 'kills doctor, 70, his wife and their two grandkids' at their home close to his parents' in tiny South Carolina community of Rock Hill then shoots himself He was with the Jets in 2014.
I posted about this in the BS forum earlier, didn't think this POS deserved a thread in the Jets forum
I don’t recall him either - I had to research and still didn’t remember him. He played for several teams including the Jets as a reserve CB in 2014. He intercepted one pass in the shutout loss at SD. Forgettable player and a POS apparently.
Here's another one from the football world too. This guy was heralded on several segments across sports media because I believe he ate lunch with and made friends with an autistic kid when he was at Florida State. https://www.cbssports.com/college-f...ted-on-first-degree-attempted-murder-charges/
you bwonk-wonk...u know what I meant. There might not be an "justifiable" or "acceptable" motive for killing children, but there are certainly obvious motives people have had in killing children, including their own. that is what I was obviously asking.
something about this story feels off. obviously dude isn't right in the head but who breaks into a 70 year old doctors house and murders him, his wife, his grand kids, and hired help working there out of nowhere. The other thing people are missing right now is imagine how the parents fell. drop their kids off with grandma and grandpa for a night out. then find out your parents and kids are dead. I feel awful for the parents right now
Exactly! It's tragic for everyone concerned. Some posters should wait until all the facts are in before rushing to a conclusion that he was a scum bag. Sad.
This Is awful. No other way of putting It. It's not something you can excuse but It's also something that may have been out of the control of rational thought. Mental health Is a serious issue, especially when It stems from a lot of these CTE cases, concussions, etc... It's scary just how violent and off so many of them have been over the last few decades. I miss the hard hitting aspect of football, but, I reflect on things like this and know how important It is to try to prevent these things from happening. Just sad. All the way around.
