My one concern with Pitts is when he comes to the NFL, will he be too small for an effective TE and too large for an effective WR? He has the talent to go far, but hybrids don't always pan out in the NFL.
Good point. I'm still not taking a TE anywhere near the top ten. 4.46 is damn impressive though and it seems Pitts is more of a WR so maybe I would think about it. But realistically, how high would you take him? He can't be in play at #2 right?
If we had a qb I’d absolutely take him at 2 if Douglas thinks Sam is the answer I would understand taking him at 2 if he couldn’t get Atlanta to come up. I would disagree on Sam though. As we stand now though, I’m taking a qb at 2. It’s Wilson today, probably be fields if you asked me tomorrow .
They are, but GBs offense would be unstoppable: Adams, Pitts, Tonyan, Lazard, Valdez-Scandling, Jones & Dillon. They could still add CB, LB and OL .in rounds 2-4
I'm not worried about the OL. I'm general they draft and develop mid round players and it works. I wish that were that simple for the Jets. Also I love Dillon. Now that Williams left, I expect him to finish with top 25 RB fantasy points, and could be a good flex. In real life, great redzone threat.
