This is correct Cam Newton is a shell of himself and even old Cam was very overrated dont think they get anywhere close to a chip, but at least he can say he tried i guess.
Yeah, we would need that to be a 3 way trade where the Bears give Seattle a boatload of picks for Wilson and we recoup some of them back for Sam. Other than that, idk what they could possibly give us for Sam since we own both their 1s over the next 2. Man, that 2022 #1 is going to be a top 3 pick if they dish Russ
Pats are gonna be good again. They are gonna play smashmouth football in an era where everyone else has switched to soft, quick LBs. Wouldn't be surprised if they end up with Trey Lance
We’re going to be heavily improved and will still be the favorites to finish last in the division if we don’t end up with Russ or Watson. I’m not saying we have to go that route but Pats, Dolphins, Bills will definitely be better than average
I know that they had the 3rd most money, but it was only around $60 million. I can't see how they have been able to sign all these players.
The way JD is playing free agency I doubt Watson or Wilson are coming to the Jets... JD is looking long term to rebuilt through the draft that’s the Ozzie Newsome way...
Not saying your wrong but if thats the case and it feels that way for sure, where in the world does Watson go? That makes Miami number one spot based on draft position I would think and that means we are in the hardest division in football again and at the bottom for now. We really gotta hit on draft picks and find a consistent FQB to build around. I hope we get one this draft
It looks like Crowder may be on the way out. I don't like it, and definitely don't want Fuller, but it is what it is. Maybe the Jets have spoken with Watson's agent and he let it be known that Watson wants Fuller. If that is the case, then I can live with Fuller.
You're right- I think Billy saw what Vrable is doing in TEN and what Baltimore is doing and wants to replicate that. Let's face it, Belly would rather play that brand of ball.
I'm not sold Crowder is done yet. But you could be rights. I would love Watson, just not a fan of fuller. Things is Davis has injury issues so having several good receivers in case one or more go down wouldn't be bad. Just don't want all out money tied up in that. Regardless we still need at least one guard. I would love Gabe Jackson.
Our team will look vastly different next year, esp if rumored moves of Darnold, Mosley and poss Crowder cut happen
You can add Fuller and keep Crowder you know Mims, Davis, Fuller, Crowder, Herndon is a pretty nice corps. Fuller and his injury history concern me though
Fuller is a decent player when available, but those injury concerns are real he cant stay on the field at times. Herndon at this pt would make a good number 2 TE would love to draft a stud finally at that position Pitts prob isnt poss and I think the kid at Penn state his name is drawing a blank rn is big body might be worth a look in the 2nd if we dont see a Guard we like
Agree completely. We will be much improved in arguably the best division in the AFC. It will be a tough road ahead but we are building it the right way.
