This use of the word "generational" as meaning "once in a generation" goes back at least a few years. Here's an example from six years ago from a Scottish politician related to the national referendum held in 2014, where he used the phrase "generational gap" to mean once in a generation. They play hard. They play with passion. They play the game the way it's supposed to be played. If the rumors of coach Gase firing are true we have to hope this is more Douglas having a good eye for picking players than coach Gase coaching up a storm. I want to see more of this going forward.
