Vikings at Saints today and 3 games tomorrow. I like football, give me more football. Now, let's make peace with it. Jags will lose by a lot. Don't get your hopes high. Mitchell the bust is flying high nowadays. So let's just enjoy football. Today's game is a good one. Vikings at Saints. Vikings eliminated Saints last year from the playoffs and won 3 of last games. That said, here is a fun fact. Mike Zimmer and Sean Payton worked together while at Cowboys. Zimmer's kids babysat Sean Payton's kids. So they are very close in real life. Zimmer's daughter is pregnant and Zimmer texted Payton and told him that Payton would be the honorary grandpa. Really cool story.
I don't get to see much of the Vikings these days this might be the first time I'm watching them play this season. Up front on offense & defense they look like pushovers. O-linemen getting bullrushed all the way back into Cousins and on defense the Saints o-line is going through the Vikings d-line like a hot knife through butter. It's tough to watch.
The Vikings have to know that the Cousins signing isn't going to work out. One more year and they can cut him and save $35 million on the cap. Unfortunately, they have no one to replace him. They have to seriously think about drafting his replacement in the upcoming draft.
Just saw the Jags announced Glennon to start instead of Minshew. Instead of further evaluating him, it looks like they're more dedicated to the Tank for Trevor
I just saw that now too. That's a tough one with Robinson out. I could see Trubisky having a Sanchez-ian like game against an inferior opponent and playing awful though.
They’re due for a clunker in my opinion. Trubisky has never played this well and the Bears have scored 30+ in 3 straight for the first time in 7 years. Doesn’t add up to me.
I think so too... With the ARI loss, Bears are in control of their playoffs hopes. It just seems like Bears were pretenders they last few weeks and they'll lose control tomorrow
Monumentally stupid defensive play for the Raiders - they have the 1 point lead with Miami on their own 25 and 17 seconds left, and give up a long bomb with a facemask penalty tacked on. Dolphins end up winning the game. The Raiders got Williams fired by winning this way - who is getting fired on the Raiders tomorrow?
