Watching Harbaugh on the All or Nothing program, I thought he came over as a weird, slightly creepy guy. I wasn't impressed by anything I saw of him. There was a priceless moment where he was pulling his trademark 'mouth open, nose wrinkled, what the fuck is going on' expression and some little kid said 'you look like a creeper!'

He brought his dad in to talk to the kids - and his dad was about as inspirational as a lamppost.

I think we can do better.

Pretty much I'd take anyone not named Rich Kotite.

I'd take him over Gase for sure, but he wouldn't be in my top 5 candidates.

My inflation calculator shows that would be $50,053.85 today - good move, Art!

That would be totally stupid. Send him packing because some arrogant, egotistical asshole refuses to try to work with him, then that asshole alienates players, fans, media, and then bails on the team or the team is forced to get rid of him after 4-5 years, and in all likelilhood all those draft picks would be wasted, and we'd have no talent, either. Brilliant!

It would be so typical Jets to hire that jackass, run off the best GM we've ever had, and wind up in about the same spot in about 3-4 years as where we are now. I swear some Jets fans don't think and haven't learned a damn thing from our history. Sad and pathetic.

That arrogant asshole is a proven winner. Douglas is a newbie GM with an unimpressive early track record and either a real knack for lying or an inexplicable crush on Gase.

Lmao. The best GM we ever had. Dude he hasn't done anything. Harbaugh is 4-0 in turning programs around. He brought the 49ers to a Super Bowl within two years off nearly a decade of losing. Michigan is a top 25 program every single year now.

    • He developed a Freshman and Sophomore Andrew Luck into the greatest QB prospect coming out since dating back to Elway/Manning.

    • He led his 49ers teams to 3 NFC Championship Games and 1 SB appearance during his 4 years.

    Winning record of 44-19 (.695%).

    • He's top 5 All Time in NFL Head Coaching Winning Percentage.

    • No talent? Lol. All 4 years he consistently sent 7-10 49ers to the Pro Bowl (because his players, play hard for him).

    • WHAT THE FUCK HAS JD EVER DONE OUTSIDE OF RIDE OZZIE'S JOCK STRAP UP UNTIL 2014?!?? HAHAHAHA

You truly sound absolutely lost right now because...

    • After SFs HORRIBLE GM FIRED HIM (who Jim absolutely hated) he ended up getting FIRED himself (due to being horrible). Jim had every RIGHT to hate the living guts out of his horrible GM.

4 years with Jim = 44-19 (.695%). 3 AFC Championship Games and 1 SB appearance.

    4 years after Jim = 21-43 (.328%). 0 Winning Seasons and 0 playoff games.

But once again before you go claiming JD is this "great NFL GM" please explain to me...

    • WHAT THE FUCK HAS JD EVER DONE OUTSIDE OF RIDE OZZIE'S JOCK STRAP UP UNTIL 2014?!?? Frank Gore says HELLO HAHAHAHA

Exactly. Best GM we've ever had? Hahahahaha dude JD is a whopping 7-17 as an NFL GM and 0-8 during his 2nd year and to make it even worse, because of JD? A.) We don't have Robby Anderson anymore and B.) Stuck with FRANK GORE because JDs a little Gase DO BOY!!!

Wtf has JD ever done outside of ride Ozzie Newsome's jock strap up until 2014? lol.

Jim Harbaugh not only developed Andrew Luck but Jim actually played the NFL QB position for 14 NFL years within this league and knows the position as an actual offensive mind...

All while everyone makes such a big deal about Joe Douglas being this "former O-Lineman himself" etc but what they refuse to admit lol is that JD sucked as an O-Lineman went to Richmond College and failed and couldn't make the league lol

Who do we want to develop Trevor Lawrence....

    A.) Joe Douglas.
    B.) Jim Harbaugh.

Anyone who picks JD over Jim is absolutely clueless and doesn't know football.

And PS: JD has BOUNCED AROUND FROM FRANCHISE TO FRANCHISE WAY MORE THAN JIM... EVER HAS! @NC

Becton fell right into JDs lap. Congrats? Nope. What about all these JAG O-Lineman he landed us in FA? They STINK!

You and Harbaugh should get a room. You can give up that pipe dream of scrub Harbaugh coming here. His time has passed in the NFL. Rex Ryan would get another head coaching job before Harbaugh.

I don't want either Gase or Harbaugh. Hey, quick question what is Harbaugh winning percentage against Ohio State? That should end all this Harbaugh ball licking right there.

Who says he'll never get another NFL coaching opportunity, you? lol.

And please never mention a QB killer and a career loser in Rex as a HC when in comparison to a career winning HC in Jim Harbaugh (who coached up and developed Andrew Luck during his Freshman and Sophomore years into the greatest QB Prospect coming out since dating back to John Elway and Peyton Manning).

    Jim Harbaugh: 44-19 (.695%).
    Rex Ryan: 61-66 (.480%).

    lol. Try again.

And Jim Harbaugh had every right to dislike his 49ers loser of a GM (who ended up getting FIRED, after firing Jim; just a little FYI in case you weren't aware).

4 years with Jim = 44-19 (.695%). 3 AFC Championship Games and 1 SB appearance.

4 years after Jim = 21-43 (.328%). 0 Winning Seasons and 0 playoff games (FIRED!).

    Hahahahaha.

That right there alone shows his NFL head coaching impact.

He's 0-5 against Ohio State but that still doesn't change the fact that nothing you can say nor type type can make him out to be anything else outside of a career winner and being 0-5 against Ohio State doesn't change the fact that he's....

    A.) 48-14 outside of "Ohio State" (.774%).

    B.) 48-19 as Michigan Head Coach (.716%)

    C.) 44-19 as 49ers head coach (.695%).

    D.) 121-59 All-Time @ Stanford/49ers/Michigan (.672%).

E.) Has gone 48-19 during his 6 seasons @ Michigan (.716%) compared to Michigan only going 43-34 (.558%) throughout 6 years prior to Jim Harbaugh's arrival .

F.) During his 4 years with San Francisco (they went 6-10 the year before he arrived) ended up going 44-19 (.695%) with 3 NFC Championship Games and 1 SB Appearance; in comparison to the 49ers only going 21-43 (.328%). 0 Winning Seasons and 0 playoff games throughout their 4 years after Jim left for Michigan.

G.) Developed Andrew Luck during his Freshman/Sophomore years into the greatest QB prospect since Elway/Manning (and would become the perfect QB developer for Trevor Lawrence as a true NFL offensive mind who experienced 14 years as an NFL Quarterback).

    Etc. Etc.

Everywhere he's ever gone his football teams A.) Did worse before his arrival. B.) Improved under him and C.) Did worse without him.

Bill Belichick during his first NFL stint only went 36-44 throughout 5 years in Cleveland (.450%) with 1 playoff appearance/4 losing seasons.

Jim Harbaugh during his first NFL stint went 44-19 throughout 4 years in San Francisco (.695%) with 3 NFC Championship Games/1 SB appearance and 0 losing season's.

Any Jet fan who doesn't believe that Jim (like Belly alongside Brady) deserves a 2nd NFL head coaching chance (alongside of Trevor Lawrence) is a complete sicko (imo).

When somebody says: "Quick question..." they usually expect a quick (i.e. shorter than an encyclopedia) answer.

Really reaching now. Until he can beat Ohio St all this noise is just that noise. You sure aren't making the argument and you have yet to explain if he was so awesome why isn't he in the NFL. Forget the Jets there have been tons of job openings since he left SF and none have come his way. We all know coaches, GM, players all talk so there is something stuck to Harbaugh that is causing him to not get another gig. As bad as Bowles was for the Jets he just might get another shot as a head coach after his Tampa Bay gig.

Evidently not cause he's still not in the NFL. Hey here's a stat for ya. Harbaugh fell to 0–4 against Ohio State, making him the first Michigan coach to lose his first four starts against the Buckeyes. The 2018 meeting would be Meyer's last against Michigan, as he announced his retirement at the end of the season. Another reason not to hire him he can't beat the good teams in college. 2-11 (. 154) against Top 10 teams in his five seasons. His resume would go in the circular file

So, maybe he's not good in a system like Michigan. He has a proven record at Stanford and with the Niners though.

This is a fair negative check. Dude;s intense and knows football, but he prob wouldnt handle NYC very well... and would be a shorttimer.

Id still consider him a big improvement ;)
