Rex Ryan's crowning moment. Keeping the team together after that Monday nigh massacre. Then rolling into NE as 15 point dogs to face the NFL's best team...and beating them on their own turf in front of their own fans (and the nation!).

One of the most amazing feelings as a Jet fan.

I read somewhere NE was unprepared. Rex dialed up the exact same game plan (something like 6 DBs, 1 LBer) that had gotten him killed a month earlier. Which was the LAST thing NE was expecting and was the LAST thing NE prepared for (they had 2 weeks to prepare!). Brady was confused all night and got hit or sacked like 10 times.

If only we carried that amazing momentum into Pittsburg. If only.....

That playoff game was a thing of beauty. Edwards' td dragging two patriots in with him, love it. Only one pundit predicting a Jets win. Way to have our back indeed Keyshawn.

I recall one game where the Jets played a 3-5-3 Base with Eric Smith as the 5th LB. It was successful. Never seemed to play it again.

Then maybe a game or two later, BB started lining up Wes Welker in the backfield thereby causing Revis to line up at about MLB spot taking him out of the secondary entirely. That was genius.

    I don't think we were 15-pt. underdogs.

And they ditched Edwards -- Sanchez' favorite receiver -- to bring in Plaxico and keep Santonio Holmes.

NEVER screw up a young QB's WR's. That's why ditching Robby Anderson this year was a major screw up.

  7. “Tom makes 14” but really gets paid much more,we just allocate the funds through a different department.

    What a bunch of garbage.

It was nice to have a coach who, for all his flaws, wasn't a total loser piece of shit.

That game against NE was my favourite game as a Jets fan ever - I really thought that against all the odds it was going to be our year

That NE game was the best Jets game I’ve ever witnessed. Nobody gave us a chance because they gave us a beating a few weeks earlier and they were the best team in the AFC

Not only did they ditch Edwards, they being Rex and Tannenbaum also ditched Cotchery for Derek Mason, the two of them ruined Sanchez by dumping his receivers.
