Though New England's win over Jacksonville on Sunday ended the Jets' chances of winning the division, they did gain control of their playoff fate. The Jaguars loss left New York (8-6) in position to make the postseason if it can win its final two games.
Also notable is how Rudi Johnson fumbled in the 4th quarter. He had possibly the lowest fumble rate of all-time with anyone who had over 1000 career touches. He still may have the lowest rate. I am fairly certain Curtis Martin has the lowest rate of players who had 1500+ career touches.
