    Per Rick Stroud (beat writer for the bucs) "Bucs agreed to terms on a trade with Jets for NT Steve McClendon"

    Hm good locker room guy, but not really a need at this point. Assuming the draft compensation won't be much more than a conditional 7th.

    Yup. A better Jet than Steeler and a quality signing on a team friendly deal. We need about ten or those this off season that are better than guys like Van Roten and Desir.

    I believe he and Jordan Jenkins are our longest tenured. He was always a great run stuffer, and a great lockeroom guy. He will be missed- but happy he can play in some competitive games to end his career.

    This 'team', this organization is so broke right now.

    Makes me wonder if this is what coach Gase & coach Williams were having a heated discussion about on the sideline earlier today.

    Gase claimed it was something to do with the refs telling him right before the game they don't like how the Jets' center snaps the ball.
