Why would he want to do that? A win and the Pats win the division. These horrible observations on Belichick trying to screw the Jets have to stop, it's ludacris.

It is ludicrous indeed to think BB would throw the game just to screw the Jets. If the Jets win out and the Pats throw this one, there is no guarantee they can beat the Titans in the last week. It would be stupidity for them to even consider doing that.

If Wilfork isn't playing, it is because he is hurt too bad to be able to contribute effectively.

If they lose Sunday they will have a shit ton of pressure going into week 17 because if we win on MNF and they lose on Sunday...the division is completely up for grabs.

The day Belichick loses to a rookie QB in the final week of the season with the division on the line is the day it's finally time for him to call it a coaching career.

Time to call it a career? That seems a bit far fetched...

The Titans are on a big time roll right now, Vince Young has played some very solid football and most importantly he is leading that team, the defense is making some more plays, they could be playing for pride which makes them a very dangerous team, Jeff Fischer is a great head coach and it will be in Nashville.

I am not trying to say that the Titans will win this game 100%, but taking all of that into consideration and the fact that the Pats are pretty banged up right now...I don't see why the Titans can't win this game.

If the Pats do wind up winning this Sunday you will not see me complain.

Good to talk to you 10Pennington10.

Belichick will show Vince Young defenses he's never seen before, and I don't think Brady will throw 3 INTs like Garrard did this past week.

But I certainly wouldn't complain if they did somehow lose.

Vince Young doesn't win by passing. He wins by running the ball, and Tennessee has always been a very difficult home team. It's not that likely, but it's certainly a possibility, especially if Tennessee has a shot at the playoffs...

While I don't think there IS EVER anything real with these dumb rumors of the Pats dropping games to hurt the Jets, it's even 100X more stupid when the Pats have not clinched ANYTHING YET. Pats lose twice, and they could MISS the playoffs. Think about it, if they lose twice, and we win out, we take the division. They also LOSE a tiebreaker against DENVER and JAX (they win one against Cincy). However, if CIN/JAX/NE are at 10-6, guess who goes home? NE.

It's stupid to think they'd put their PLAYOFF LIVES at stake for this stupid little vendetta.
