But this is still on Gase if the qb is failing it was the one thing he was supposed to do help Sam reach the next level instead Sam has regressed. That is on Gase. How about a game plan where everything is not on a 22 yr old to try to win every game and be perfect

Enough of this. Some people just love blaming Gase for everything. This team has tons of injuries and Sam has been playing like shit for MOST of these 3 games. First it's you need to open Sam up and let him do what he needs to, then it's you need to give him exactly what he needs to progress. At some point we need to admit that he's not a franchise QB. I'm not a huge Gase fan but people, we have a QB problem.
That sounds about par for the course. 40 years of constant pain and misery. Don't worry. McDermott will shine.
Those same throws Sam made as a rookie. People just need to realize that Sam just maybe is not that good. Those decisions are mind boggling. He is in his 3rd year and Gase is giving Sam plenty of chances today but he just flat out makes so many head scratching decisions. Even the biggest Sam homers can’t defend his play anymore.
