Gase is literally caving to adversity before the battle even starts. Hes letting these injuries & lack of talent cloud his approach & hes showing himself to be a coward.

Whats worse is he goes on the defensive w self serving rationalization after the games transpire.

“Im glad you guys are acknowledging that we faced a good defense”

“We were moving the ball before the injuries”

This is fear based self destruction mistaken for self preservation..its really something

Maybe they work remotely--I have a laptop hookup in my car and my iphone hotspot if needed. Not that I'd waste my time on it but someone can and still work.

Sadly this means the chances of something good happening is slim to none.

 

Would you expect any differently from a Jets fan? Evidently, we're all a bunch of dumbasses or we wouldn't be rooting for this joke of a team.

 

The question is would CJ fire Gase if they are 0-10 going into the bye. I think his leash is at least that long. I would at that point as it sends a message to the rest of the team (hopefully) that losing and incompetence won't be accepted. The issue is they just had 4 years of slightly less incompetence from Bowles so what does it say about the owners? Unfortunately not much

 

Can't even do this right.

 

Let Patton Oswalt start calling the plays. Can't get any worse can it? Gase can save face by saying that he needs to focus on the bigger picture.
