Unless there's some key differences in guaranteed money, that doesn't seem like too much more than what Eddie Jackson got, right? So I'd think this would have little to no impact on what Jamal's looking for, outside of wanting to be the highest paid at his position... which he will be (deservedly so) when the time comes. And then his contract will be topped by Derwin James because that's how it works.

Yes, it's not much of a difference vs Eddie Jackson's contract. Good point on that. It's only a slightly larger deal in terms of guarantee money and overall extension worth. But it's pretty much the same as Eddie's

adams has got to be losing his mind that baker got paid and he didn't and won't till next year. his mindset isn't that he's going to make 5 mil (or whatever it is), but that he is going to miss out on 10 million believing his worth to be 15 at a minimum. and he'll act up again this because of it, he can't help himself. he's a spoiled child.

I'm sure Adams will expect 17 mil per and get paid just below 16 mil. Unless he goes team friendly which in his mind i assume is 14.5 mil. Seattle is going to have quite the headache next off season, going to be great to watch.
