Considering how poorly draft position often predicts NFL performance, I am not convinced that the lack of a college season would make as much of a difference as people have said. For every Joe Burrow, who has a season that shoots him up the board, there are players whose stock drops because of a bad junior or senior season. It's a zero sum game. We have no way of knowing how many of those guys will end up having benefited from not playing. Maybe Trevor Lawrence would end up having a lousy year, and not playing ends up helping him.

I was ecstatic when they did, and was very happy with him until he acted like a little bitch at the trade deadline last season and has continued to act that way until he gave Douglas no choice but to trade him. It was obvious to everyone except you that Adams didn't want to be here. You can't keep players like that around, regardless of how good they are. They become malcontents and cancers, and that's the last thing the Jets need at a time when they are trying to instill a new culture and new team identity.
