idk. This sounds to me like he's saying that a respected veteran teammate got at him in a good way. Any evidence that suggests that Jamal is further alienating himself from the Jets, whether we want to keep him or ship him for value, is bad. "long talk" with a veteran teammate who clearly isn't going anywhere is good for us if he stays, and it also raises his trade value. Jet highlight, same thing.
Of course Bell could have said: "This is the Jets we're talking about. They'll cave and give you a mega deal."
Nice to know that the Jets RB under contract will be back. What about the Jets SS who is under contract? Will he be back? I think Bell will have a good year though. Improved O-line, which will improve Sam, which will improve the run game, etc. He should have a much better 2020 season than his 2019 one. As for Jamal: Who knows what he means with each tweet anymore?

Majority, if not all, have no issue with Gase. That's a bullshit narrative that guys like Mehta are pushing and people who did not like the hire from the beginning. There's no way players come out defending their head coach if there truly is a hatred for him in the locker room.
