That definitely could be the case, but let's hope that they are learning, developing, and their confidence is growing such that it won't matter who our DC is or what alignment we are playing.
I'm sorry that is just a worthless stat. Where are the sacks numbers? Elite pass rushers do not get paid big money for pass rush snaps and pressure rate. Never read a college scouting report that listed those stats or percentages. Now maybe coaches track that but for pass rushers the only stat that counts on the field and in their bank accounts are sacks. Vernon Gholston probably had these same type numbers. Didn't turn out well for him or us.,
Who ever called Shepherd elite? You said e wouldn’t make the team. There’s a middle ground between “cuttable” and “elite”. That’s right where Shepherd ended last season. Did you watch any of the videos I posted or did you just scoff at the stats and move on?
