Haven’t seen any WR’s signed yet. Would love this kid, understands how to get open like a Chrebet/Edelman...
A 4th may be just a tad too steep for me but I wouldn’t be too upset about it. I think a WR trio of Samuel, Mims, and Crowder is actually fairly solid.
think they wanted a 3rd in a draft day trade. Hopefully price is still a 3rd, I’m in if we can agree on a reasonable contract extension. For a 4th yes please if price went down, pending adding more years to his contact.
At this point I think this is mandatory. Very happy with the draft but we need a no doubt talent, and he is young.
Here’s a few plays from Cager. Seems like a good dart throw. Never hurts to have a 6’5” 220lbs possession WR to throw to.
Loved the draft class and now really liking these UDFA signings too. Joe Douglas is the man! He is truly going to transform this roster..... Maybe even faster than people expected.
Ok this is fuckin sweet! I watched Cager play with the canes and a lot when he transferred to Georgia. He's a big dude, 6'5" 220lbs, and he has very big play ability. He will be a nice addition in camp and could potentially grab a spot on the roster.
Yessir. I can think of at least 4 teams that would yoink him off our PS in a heartbeat! NE was talking to him and sources thought he'd be a great fit there to compete for the starting QB spot. If JD turned down that trade offer with NE and NE kept their 2 4th round picks, Morgan would be a Pat.
And what, waste a perfectly good first round pick on a position of critical need instead?. LOL Sorry, couldn’t resist jabbing the old “It’s so Jets like“ BS Statement we normally read about this time of year. You couldn’t be more right.
I gotta admit, I liked reading this "Bryce Huff is a 6'3", 255-pound senior defensive end on a team known only for its offensive prowess. But you'd better believe NFL scouts will pay attention to him when they're flocking around Memphis' program. Yes, Damonte Coxie, Kenneth Gainwell and even quarterback Brady White will have extended looks by NFL teams, but in a year when edge-rushers are at a premium, the Mobile, Alabama, native could get selected on Day 2 of the draft. Games like Friday's will help. With Cincinnati breaking in new quarterback Ben Bryant, Huff pinned his ears back and got after him. He was one of the biggest playmakers on the field and in college football's final weekend. He teamed with Joseph Dorceus for a formidable one-two punch for which the Bearcats simply had no answer. Huff finished with eight tackles (seven solo), two sacks and 3.5 tackles for loss in the 34-24 victory. He also forced a pair of fumbles and terrorized the Bearcats all night. If he does it again next week in the AAC title game, he may continue to see his stock rise. Just how far up the ladder can Huff go? He's proving every week he may be more explosive than was originally expected." https://www.google.com/amp/s/syndic...rs-after-week-14-of-college-football.amp.html
