    Using the $5M guaranteed as a base a 3 yr deal likely would have taken $15M+ all guaranteed, maybe a lot more than that.

    Of course he will get fired.
    They all are eventually, but I’m betting this is his last season here.
    We’re going nowhere with Gase as the HC.

    Wasn't fond of bringing in Poole last year but he flourished in Williams system. Great signing and even better value...

    true enough. It also can be a little sobering and motivating if you think you're worth 15 mill (looking at you Robbie) and no one is coming close. (we should all have that problem! :))
